Julien Bohbot, the owner, whose dream always was to open a French Bakery, is an active real estate agent with Coldwell-Banker for 20 years. Originally from Morocco, he finished his studies in Restaurant Business in Paris France, where he practiced the profession for over 15 years. Delice first opened doors in Los Angeles in 2001.
